Shipping and Delivery

  • Home delivery: DKK 50

  • Parcel shop: DKK 45

Shipping via PostNord.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after receipt of the goods. For split deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.

Withdrawal must be communicated by email within the deadline. Refusal to accept delivery alone is not sufficient.

Exemptions – Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • CBD products

  • Colloidal silver water

  • Waterstick

  • MSM

  • Salt and salt pipes

  • Hemp

These products are excluded from resale.

Partial Withdrawal

If multiple items are purchased, withdrawal may apply to individual items.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not refunded for partial withdrawals

  • A proportional refund of shipping costs may apply

Returns

After notifying us of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • The customer is responsible for damage during transport

⚠️ Important:
All returns must be sent with tracking.
The Danish return address will be provided by email – do not return items to Spain.

Expected return cost: up to DKK 65.

Condition of Returned Goods

If the item has diminished in value due to unnecessary use, this will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of withdrawal notice.

  • Refunds are made using the original payment method

  • Delivery costs are refunded only for standard shipping

  • Refund may be withheld until goods are received

Warranty / Complaints

A 24-month warranty applies under Danish consumer law.

Valid complaints may result in:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Price reduction

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. Complaints within 2 months are always considered timely.

  • Email address

Data is used solely for order processing and delivery.

Data is stored for up to 5 years and processed in accordance with EU law.
